Network operations with continuous supervision and critical incident response.
The EngiServer NOC watches hosting infrastructure, email, DNS, and hosted applications. During an emergency, our team coordinates diagnosis, containment, and communication until service is restored.
- 24/7 NOC coverage
- 99.5% Uptime SLA
- 5 min P1 critical response
- Proactive Monitoring & alerts
What is the EngiServer NOC?
The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the team that monitors EngiServer platform health around the clock. We detect anomalies before they affect your users, respond to infrastructure incidents, and escalate to engineering when specialized intervention is required. It is not the channel for quotes or commercial changes—that is commercial support during business hours.
Continuous monitoring
We automatically supervise critical components of your hosted service:
HTTP/HTTPS availability and website response times
Email services, queues, and SMTP/IMAP delivery
DNS resolution, propagation, and SSL certificate expiry
ASP.NET, PHP application pools, and WordPress environments
CPU, memory, disk usage, and network connectivity
Status of scheduled backups and critical replicas
Incident management lifecycle
Every incident follows a clear flow to reduce downtime:
1. Detection
Automatic alerts or client reports open an incident ticket with assigned priority.
2. Triage
The NOC confirms scope, affected services, and severity (P1 to P4 per our SLA).
3. Containment
We isolate the issue, apply mitigations, and communicate initial status to the client.
4. Resolution
We restore service and validate operation with availability checks.
5. Closure & improvement
We document root cause and, for major incidents, share preventive actions.
Infrastructure under NOC supervision
- Shared web hosting and managed plans
- ASP.NET hosting and IIS applications
- Managed WordPress and associated databases
- ERP and CRM instances hosted on EngiServer
- Corporate email and panel DNS records
- Cloud storage and backup services
Escalation path
If an incident exceeds NOC shift scope, it is escalated immediately:
Level 1 — NOC
24/7 intake, monitoring, initial diagnosis, and infrastructure incident containment.
Level 2 — Engineering
Server, network, and application specialists for complex or recurring issues.
Level 3 — Technical leadership
Crisis coordination, affected client communication, and architecture decisions.
Communication during incidents
During P1 and P2 incidents we maintain active communication through the reporting channel (NOC WhatsApp or email). We confirm receipt, relevant updates, and incident closure. For widespread platform outages, we publish updates through the channel agreed with enterprise clients.
How to report to the NOC
- State the affected domain, account, or URL
- Describe the symptom: full outage, 500 error, email not sending, etc.
- Mention the approximate time the problem started
- Attach screenshots or error messages if available
